Recently Deleted
Deleted notes and meetings wait 30 days, where you can restore them or delete them for good.
Where deleted items go
Deleting a note or a meeting moves it to Recently Deleted, a section at the bottom of the Library. Items stay there for 30 days, then Scribe removes them the next time it launches. Deleting is still one swipe or one click; there is no confirmation to get through.
Restore an item
- Open Recently Deleted at the bottom of the Library.
- Find the note or meeting.
- Choose Restore. The item goes back to where it was, with its pin, edits and original text intact.
Delete for good
- Delete Now on one item removes it immediately.
- Delete All in the section’s menu empties Recently Deleted.
Either frees the space at once, including a meeting’s kept audio. There is no way back after this.
What is not kept here
Untouched dictations that expire under your Keep history period are removed directly; they are not moved to Recently Deleted. Pin or edit a dictation to keep it.
